Project Overview
LearnLoom needed structure around its curriculum, student onboarding, and program positioning. We created a flexible identity system, redesigned the course landing experience, and built a content hierarchy that made learning paths easier to understand before enrollment.
Experience Design
The experience design focused on trust and momentum. Prospective students could compare tracks, see outcomes, and understand the weekly rhythm, while enrolled students had clearer orientation, resources, and cohort milestones.
Outcome
The new system improved launch readiness, reduced repeated support questions, and gave the team a more scalable foundation for future programs and partnerships.
